During this special event, Beth discusses her book In Winters Kitchen: Growing Roots and Breaking Bread in the Northern Heartland. Attendees will receive one paperback copy of the book, plus a light menu of nibbles and two signature cocktails specially created for the event by Founds chef (and Minneapolis native) Nicole Pederson.
